• A member can request a refund to be processed for any reason. If the refund in question is a recurring charge, the latest payment will be refunded. All refunds must be processed within 60 days. Any refunds will cancel the membership. If customers request a cancellation for their recurring billing product no future rebills will be charged to their account. Keep in mind, a cancellation will not generate a refund - it will only stop any future rebills.
